Christopher C. Harris joined Advantage Capital Partners in 2009. As a member of the firm’s investment group, he is responsible for sourcing, due diligence and valuation analysis of the firm’s current and prospective investments in New York. Mr. Harris serves on the board of directors for portfolio company SOMS Technologies and is also actively involved in several others, including PECO Pallet and GridApp Systems.
Prior to joining Advantage Capital, Mr. Harris worked for GE Capital as an assistant vice president, where he helped establish the company’s presence in large cap leveraged finance underwriting and investing. While at GE, Mr. Harris managed a $500 million portfolio of leveraged loans and equity investments.
Mr. Harris received his M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut.
