S. Talmadge Singer joined Advantage Capital Partners in 2007. He supports the firm’s capital raising transactions, national expansion efforts, securities issues and government relations. He also works closely with state regulators in implementing various tax credit programs and provides general legal advice to the firm as corporate counsel.
Mr. Singer was previously associated with the Corporate and Securities Section of Thompson & Knight, LLP, where he specialized in securities law, mergers and acquisitions and private equity portfolio company transactions.
Mr. Singer graduated from the Dedman School of Law at Southern Methodist University and was a member of the SMU Law Review Association. He earned his bachelor’s degree in English from Louisiana State University.
