He oversees all aspects of the group’s investment activity, with a focus on tax credit finance structures that unlock capital for clean and resilient energy solutions — including solar, storage, geothermal, nuclear and advanced manufacturing — that strengthen communities and enhance U.S. energy security. Tom and his team partner with development sponsors and corporate leaders to structure investments that accelerate growth while delivering strong outcomes for investors.
Prior to joining Advantage Capital, Tom served as a credit officer in the commercial lending division of Pulaski Bank, where he focused on investment risk, credit approvals and portfolio oversight as part of the bank’s risk management committee.
Tom received an MBA from Saint Louis University and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Bucknell University.
