Advantage Capital and its partners have invested $5 billion+ across small businesses, affordable housing, and energy infrastructure to date. Supported by our team’s expertise in leveraging tax credit programs, this approach directs capital to markets where traditional financing is hard to secure, with a focus on long-term economic stability.
Small Business Investment Results
Small business investment remains central to this strategy. In 2025, Advantage Capital deployed $220 million+ into 88 businesses across 30 states. Affordable Housing Investment and Energy Infrastructure Growth
In parallel, the firm continues to finance affordable housing and expand energy infrastructure. Since 2015, our affordable housing equity investments have supported 260+ housing developments supporting more than 17,000 families. To date, energy financing initiatives have added 3.3 GWdc+ of capacity to strengthen grid reliability and meet growing demand.
