Construction is now underway on Marquette Homes, a $26 million affordable housing development featured in the St. Louis Business Journal. Advantage Capital is proud to provide $7.2 million in tax credit equity to help bring this important project to life.
Located in south St. Louis, Marquette Homes will add 52 affordable units through the redevelopment of nine properties and the revitalization of a building that has been vacant for 15 years. The project reflects a shared commitment to expanding access to housing and investing in long-term community impact.
