Prior to joining Advantage Capital, Debbie was a director at a Big Four public accounting firm, where she worked with large companies on negotiated credits and incentives. Before working in public accounting, Debbie was a real estate development attorney with a practice focused on incentive-based development, including tax increment financing and sales tax financing transactions.

In addition to her role at Advantage Capital, Debbie is a board member and treasurer of the YWCA Evanston-North Shore, and she is also a board member of Camp Interlaken.

Debbie received a law degree and a master’s degree in urban planning from the University of Wisconsin and a bachelor’s degree in economics and political science from Washington University in St. Louis.
