Jeff DePlanty

Jeff DePlanty is a principal on the small business investment team at Advantage Capital. His responsibilities include evaluating new investment opportunities and helping lead the strategic growth and financial performance of the firm’s small business portfolio. 

Jeff brings over 20 years of private equity experience with partner level investment and operation roles at Harbour Group, WILsquare Capital and Benford Capital Partners. Jeff also served as CFO of an entrepreneur owned chemical manufacturer as well as controller of a PE owned manufacturer.

Jeff received a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
