Prior to joining Advantage Capital, Jeff served as a global director of communications at Bayer Corp., where he led reputation management, issues management, employee engagement and marketing communications for one of the multinational life science company’s fastest-growing divisions. Before Bayer, he held several roles of increasing responsibility at Anheuser-Busch, most recently leading all business and internal communications for North America as communications director.

Jeff graduated from Webster University.
