Kari Niermann

Kari Niermann is a principal on the investment team at Advantage Capital, where she leads portfolio management and investment team operations. She is responsible for overseeing the staffing and execution of new investment opportunities, supervises a team of analysts and associates in the firm’s St. Louis office, and leads recruiting and hiring efforts for key team members. Kari also chairs the firm’s investment committee meetings and established and oversees the investment team’s closing department. In addition, she is responsible for managing the firm’s government-guaranteed lending platform, including underwriting, closing, and servicing activities.
