Prior to joining Advantage Capital, Keith established the Chicago office of AGR Partners, an investment fund focused on food and agribusiness. In 2009, he co-founded Torch Lake Capital Partners, which offered financial and operational support to the consumer, industrial and business services sectors. Before Torch Lake Capital, he worked for Hilco Equity Partners as a founder and managing director. Keith’s career also includes positions as vice president at Gryphon Investors and GE Capital’s Merchant Banking Group. He began his professional journey as an analyst at NationsBank, now Bank of America, and has served on numerous boards throughout his career.

Keith received an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in finance, cum laude, from Miami University.
