Prior to joining Advantage Capital, Ryan was the director of new site development for a national nonprofit leadership organization. He remains involved with the organization having directly trained thousands of students and young professionals in public speaking, sales, recruitment, and leadership. He is a regular speaker at national conferences and seminars.

Ryan received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. Also, he has deepened his industry expertise by completing executive education programs at the University of Richmond Robins School of Business and the University of Oxford Saïd Business School.
