Tom works with project sponsors, corporate taxpayers, financial institutions and other stakeholders to structure transactions that efficiently monetize federal tax incentives while addressing tax, credit, construction and operational risk. His experience spans partnership-based tax equity investments, transferable tax credits and other structured finance solutions that convert public-sector incentives into scalable sources of private capital.

Tom brings a deep commercial banking perspective to energy finance, shaped by experience across credit underwriting, investment risk, credit approval and portfolio oversight. That background informs the disciplined approach he brings to complex energy investments, from assessing underlying project risk to structuring sophisticated tax credit transactions.

Tom holds an MBA from Saint Louis University and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Bucknell University.
