During his time at Advantage Capital, Tom has helped the Affordable Housing team to become a top player in State Low-Income Housing Tax Credit syndication. Tom has arranged over $500 million in capital during his time at the firm.

Prior to joining Advantage Capital, Tom served as the Market Credit Officer at Busey Bank where he also co-managed Community Reinvestment Act and tax credit Investments.

In addition to his role at Advantage Capital, Tom serves as the Chair of the RISE Community Development CDFI’s loan committee, which specializes in serving disadvantaged communities in the St. Louis metro area. Tom also serves as a member of the Finance Committee for De Smet Jesuit High School.

Tom received his master’s in business administration from Washington University in St. Louis and received his bachelor’s with majors in both finance and accounting from the University of Dayton.
